Recently, I went along to help a photographer friend of mine, Kristie (www.photographybykristie.com) for this engagement shoot and took a few pix. This spot at Papago Park, here in Phoenix, was really cool.

A photographer’s life is so glamourous.  Just for kicks, photographers take pictures of each other when we work together.  Here’s me and my friend Jamison (www.jamisonfosterphotography.com) looking awesome.  See how we work:

Sometimes as photographers, we sit. 

We need help standing (so we don’t drown our thousands of dollars of equipment).

We climb trees (“cuz that would be a cool shot”)…

and then we take pictures of each other in the tree.

And then we let someone else take our picture while we’re in the tree.

We lay down on the job.

We go into stealth mode.

Sometimes, we try contortion.

Secretly, we revel in the client’s discomfort and take your picture as evidence.

Seriously though, I did some posed and working photos of Jamison for his website, etc. while I was back home in Arkansas.
