I just love it when clients pretty much give me creative freedom and say they want “fun” pictures… Are you kidding me? It’s a photographer’s dream to do “fun!” I took Roman’s mom at her word and we did have fun. Little squirt was such a good sport through his shoot – wardrobe change, impromtu haircut and all.

Mmmmm, tasty!

Holy Eyelashes, Batman!!!

Poser!!! : )

This little cutie pants has been on the blog before here and here. And yes, she’s still adorable and soon to be a big sister! But for now, she was the star of the show.

She had a little fun with Barbie and pearls. Doesn’t every Barbie need pearls? : )

And we brought out Curious George… He’s photogenic too!

Puppy Max got in on the action for a few shots.

But sometimes, getting your photo taken is not monkey business – you gotta be serious!

Hambone alert!

And just plain stinkin’ cute!!!
This little squirt was such a barrel of fun to shoot. I always forget how active one year olds can be but Mom and I kept him entertained long enough to get a few shots. He started off quite seriously. Not too sure about the crazy lady with the camera.

L.O.V.E. this expression. I have no idea what caused it but it cracked me up!

Then we played with Mom’s firefighter hat and boots for a while.

But the real fun happened when I pulled out this squeaky monkey. Instant bonding… Priceless!

We tried “Baby in a Bowl.”

Little guy was a really good sport through the whole shoot. The monkey was the real highlight of his day though. I had to sneak it into my bag when he wasn’t looking to get it home.

Prepare yourself for a post with tons of pictures! I so enjoy working with Ms. Lexi. She’s so much fun and so cute to boot. So cute, in fact, that she just got a modeling contract…way to go!!!

This little guy was so fun to photograph. Who on earth could resist those big baby blue eyes? He’s gonna be a lady killer!!

Not sure what caused this expression but I love it!

Here, we put him in a basket with this blanket. I figured the first thing he’d do it put some of it in his mouth…

aaaaaand he did…and it didn’t taste great evidently!

Thanks again Jenn for giving me the opportunity to photograph your little one…he’s a keeper! : )
Wow! I can’t believe it’s been more than a month since I blogged a session…bad, bad blogger me. Anyhooo, here’s photos of a little tea party I shot recently. Girls only, no boys allowed!

What tea party is complete without a chandelier?

After a spot of tea, the girls indulged in a little story time.

And Mom read a book for them too!

Thanks girls for coming out in the heat and letting me take your photos…. You guys are too cute!
